Today, Julien tells us how he met GAbe Saporta, from Cobra Starship.

"Hello,

I met him at the Decaydance Festival at the Olympia in August 2007. After the show we waited for him and he came. He was Kind enough to take picture with us.

Dizzy has met Gabe Saporta (Cobra Starship)

Dizzy tell us about her encounter with Gabe Saporta, from Cobra Starship.

"Hello, 

I can't remember specific dates anymore but my friend was able to go to the Honda Civic Tour in Louisiana and she had Gabe talk to me on the phone and take the picture where he's holding the "I love Deidre" sign.

Then the next fall, because I was in the Cobra Starship fanclub...I was able to meet and greet with them before their show in Idaho. Although I had already met every member of the band, this was the first time actually meeting Gabe in person. He was very very sweet and super funny. He really loves to have a real conversation with his fans. When I introduced myself he recognized me from the good ol days on Myspace because I used to write him a lot, also on his emails we used to write back and forth sometimes (as he did with the fans that knew how to email him, although it wasn't hard to figure out).

I had to remind him about the phone call but as you can see in the sign picture, he's holding a bottle of liquor so he didn't remember it well lol. I asked for a picture and we took a few. He was very very nice and every time I've met him since, he's always remembered me which I think is pretty cool. He's definitely one of the nicest and most humble dudes out there. He will never unappreciative of where he's at and that's very admirable."

Jesyka has met Gabe Saporta (Cobra Starship)

Jesyka tells us about her encounter with Gabe Saporta, from Cobra Starship

"Hey, 

Gabe Saporta and me

I'm Jesyka! In 2009 I went to a Fall Out Boy show at Mesa Amphitheater in Mesa, Arizona, and Cobra Starship was one of the opening bands. I almost got to meet Alex Gaskarth of All Time Low when I was buying a FOB shirt but he left before I could get to him :( I did catch his guitar pick during the concert though! Then after the show I had to go to the bathroom so my friends waited for me. When I came out one of them called me and told me Gabe Saporta was meeting people outside the venue and they would wait for me if I wanted to go meet him. I almost didn't because I'm really shy haha. But I went and waited in the big group of girls outside, because when would I ever get to do this again?!

A long time went by and I was afraid that he would have to leave soon, so I took pictures of him on my phone real quick for good measure haha. But a few seconds later, Gabe said, "They're telling me I have to go but I'm not going to until I say hi to all of you!" When my turn finally came I got all flustered and sounded like an idiot hahaha.

But I had noticed him taking pictures of himself with the fans himself so I asked him if he wanted to do it and he said sure, so he took my camera and took the picture! He was really nice the whole time, no celeb horror stories here lol One of the coolest nights of my life! :)"
